I started working out with Ken so that a friend of mine who had neck surgery would have a workout partner. It didn't take long for me to get hooked. The expertise and the intensity that Ken brings to workouts are infectious. I knew immediately that he knew what he was talking about. I also knew that he could help me improve myself not only as a golfer, and not only physically, but as a person as well. It was also easy to see that he was genuinely invested in helping me get better… I have increased my strength across my whole body. My nutrition is better, so I have lost weight and body fat. I recently had my yearly physical and saw significant improvements in my cholesterol and blood pressure, and cut my triglyceride number almost in half. Not only has my strength improved, but my flexibility has as well. Making changes is never easy, and working with Ken will challenge you. There is no magic pill, getting better takes work, and believe me, you will work hard. The rewards, however, will be evident. You will feel better, look better, and probably have less of the pains that plague us all. I believe in Ken, and if you want to get better, you should too. - Tim Teaster

Hands down, KT is the best in the business!...what KT teaches is more than just an hour training or spin class - it is a lifestyle…. He explains and demonstrates the psychological and physiological aspects of physical fitness and athletic training, as he has really "been there and done that."... Without reservation, KT has my highest recommendation! - Taylor Bell

For the past four years, I have been very fortunate to have been able to train with Ken Taylor. This has included one on one training, spin, yoga, Power Golf, and nutrition advice. The benefits to me have been many and great. Not only did this help me get through some tough personal times, but made me the best that I have ever been (physically, mentally, and emotionally.) Amazing to me at 66! My energy, flexibility, strength, and golf have all shown marked improvements. I would recommend and encourage all to participate in any and all of these programs. - Thurman R. Thaxton
First, he is a maestro. He truly is a master of improving lives through exercise. He is constantly learning and teaching new techniques from a variety of sources (weightlifting, yoga, running, etc.) Second, KT is a motivator. Though we generally work out in groups of four or more people, he understands the abilities of each individual person. He knows how hard and when to push. And it makes a difference. When he is speaking to the group, I feel like he is talking directly to me. Finally, working with KT is hard. I don't try to "sell" people on the benefit of working out with KT. Some people love exercise. I don't. I do it because it is good for me. But working out with KT is difficult. But as in most things in life, overcoming difficulties makes you better. So, working out with KT is not for everyone. But for me, he has made a world of difference in my physical health. - Rich Houghton
When I began training, I had issues with my shoulder, knee, and lower back. He explained how the muscles around the sore spots probably needed to be strengthened, to prevent overuse of the sore areas. Stronger core equals stronger lower back and stronger front and back shoulder muscles equal healthier shoulder. Shortly after training with Ken, these aches had disappeared. The two spin classes per week have literally changed my appearance. Most importantly, Ken has been able to guide me past that doubt in my mind that prevented me from accomplishing my goals. - William Durkin
